Privacy Policy
Plain language, no surprises — how this referral service treats your information and what its terms are.
Who we are
Cerritos Sewer Pros is a referral service that connects homeowners in the Cerritos, California area with independent local sewer service providers. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you call the number on this site or submit the request form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your description of the problem. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; by calling, you consent to that recording. Form submissions are sent to us so your request can be routed to an independent local provider.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may use cookies and standard analytics that record technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visited. This information is used to operate and improve the site, not to identify you personally.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your request and connect you with an independent local service provider who can help with it. We do not sell your personal information. We may share the details of your request with the provider your request is routed to — that is the purpose of the service.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected about them, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To make a request about your information, contact us through the contact page.
Data retention & security
Request details are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and are protected with reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
