Terms of Service
Plain language, no surprises — how this referral service treats your information and what its terms are.
Referral service only
Cerritos Sewer Pros is a referral and advertising service. We do not perform sewer, plumbing or any other trade work, and we do not employ, supervise or control the independent providers homeowners are connected with through this site.
Independent providers
Providers reached through this site are independent businesses. Any agreement for work — including scope, scheduling, payment terms and any commitments about the work — is solely between you and the provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for a provider’s work, acts or omissions.
Verify credentials
Before hiring any provider, ask to see their California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license and insurance, verify them, and get the scope of work in writing. Descriptions on this site are general information about sewer services, not a promise about any specific provider or job.
Provided as-is
This site is provided as-is for general information. We do not promise that a provider will be available for every request, that any particular result will be achieved, or that information on this site is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cerritos Sewer Pros is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by any independent provider you connect with through it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
